Refund & Cancellation Policy
This document explains PirateSERP policies, practices, and user obligations.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes when refunds may be available and how cancellations are handled for PirateSERP subscriptions.
1. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings (or by contacting support if required). Cancellation prevents future renewals. Access typically remains until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
2. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated at checkout, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged.
2.1 Exceptions
We may consider refunds at our discretion in limited circumstances, for example:
- Duplicate charges caused by a billing error.
- Material service failure that persists and cannot be remedied within a reasonable time.
3. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend or terminate your access pending resolution. Submitting a chargeback does not automatically cancel your subscription.
4. Promotional, Trial, or Discounted Periods
Trial and promotional terms (including eligibility) are defined at the time they are offered. If a trial converts to a paid subscription, charges occur automatically unless you cancel before the conversion date.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund review (where applicable), contact support and include:
- Your account email
- Invoice or transaction reference (if available)
- A brief description of the issue
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the effective date.
