1. Introduction

Welcome to the PirateSERP Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our affiliate program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before joining.

2. Program Overview

The PirateSERP Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring new customers to PirateSERP. Affiliates receive a unique referral link to track their referrals and commissions.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To participate in the PirateSERP Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation would be prohibited by law

PirateSERP reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion. Your account may be set to “Pending” status until manually approved by our team.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a commission of 20% on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral links. Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount in US Dollars (USD).

Commission rates may be adjusted at any time at PirateSERP’s discretion. Individual affiliate commission rates may also be modified based on performance or other factors.

5. Cookie Duration and Tracking

When a visitor clicks on your affiliate link, a tracking cookie is placed in their browser. This cookie remains active for 21 days. If the visitor makes a qualifying purchase within this 21-day period, you will be credited with the referral and earn the applicable commission.

If a visitor clears their cookies or uses a different device, the referral may not be tracked.

6. Commission Reversals and Refunds

Commissions may be reversed or deducted from your account in the following circumstances:

• The customer requests and receives a refund
• The transaction is cancelled or charged back
• The sale is determined to be fraudulent
• The referral violates these Terms and Conditions

Automatic commission reversal is enabled for refunded products.

7. Payment Terms

Commissions are paid in US Dollars (USD). To receive payment, you must provide valid payment information, such as a PayPal email address.

Minimum payout thresholds and payment schedules are determined by PirateSERP and communicated to affiliates through the affiliate portal.

8. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Using spam, unsolicited emails, or any form of unwanted communication to promote PirateSERP
• Bidding on PirateSERP branded keywords or variations in paid search campaigns without prior written approval
• Creating misleading, false, or deceptive advertisements or content
• Using cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any other fraudulent tracking methods
• Offering unauthorized discounts, coupons, or incentives
• Misrepresenting PirateSERP, its products, or services
• Engaging in any illegal activities in connection with the affiliate program
• Self-referring or using your own affiliate link for personal purchases without permission
• Creating websites or content that infringe on PirateSERP trademarks or intellectual property

9. Use of Trademarks and Marketing Materials

Affiliates may use PirateSERP-provided marketing materials, including banners and text links, in accordance with our brand guidelines. You may not modify these materials without prior written consent.

You may not register domain names, social media accounts, or other online properties that include “PirateSERP” or confusingly similar variations.

10. Confidentiality

Affiliates agree to keep confidential all non-public information regarding the affiliate program, including but not limited to commission rates, conversion data, and any proprietary information shared by PirateSERP.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

PirateSERP respects the privacy of its customers and affiliates. Affiliates must comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations when conducting promotional activities.

Buyer details and transaction information are kept confidential unless otherwise specified.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause.

PirateSERP reserves the right to immediately terminate your affiliate account if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination:

• All pending commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to violation of these terms
• You must immediately cease using all PirateSERP marketing materials and remove all affiliate links
• You will no longer have access to the affiliate portal

13. Limitation of Liability

PirateSERP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions actually paid to you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PirateSERP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your promotional activities.

15. Modifications to Terms

PirateSERP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the affiliate portal. Your continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
