This document explains PirateSERP policies, practices, and user obligations.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PirateSERP (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining confidentiality of credentials.
2. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals
Subscriptions, billing cycles, renewals, failed payments, and cancellation behavior are described in our Subscription & Billing Policy. Refunds, where applicable, are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access, probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities.
- Disrupting or degrading the Service or interfering with other users.
- Using the Service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
- Abusing affiliate or referral programs, including self-referrals or deceptive promotion.
4. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, design, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription, subject to these Terms.
5. Customer Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display such content solely to provide and improve the Service.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.
7. Availability; No SLA
We provide the Service on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. See Service Availability & System Status.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, used the Service unlawfully, or created risk for PirateSERP or others. You may cancel according to our billing policy.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PirateSERP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PirateSERP harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of laws rules.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
