Subscription & Billing Policy
This document explains PirateSERP policies, practices, and user obligations.
This Subscription & Billing Policy explains how PirateSERP handles subscriptions, renewals, payment processing, failed payments, and account cancellation.
1. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions grant access to paid features for the duration of your billing period.
- Plan features and pricing are described on the pricing/checkout pages at the time of purchase.
2. Automatic Renewals
Unless you cancel before renewal, your subscription will renew automatically at the then-current rate for your plan, and your payment method will be charged.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We may receive payment confirmations and metadata (such as transaction IDs, last four digits, and payment status).
4. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may:
- Retry charging your payment method automatically.
- Provide a grace period to update payment details.
- Suspend access if payment remains unpaid.
5. Plan Changes
When you upgrade or downgrade, charges or prorations (if applicable) will be shown at the time of change. Some plan changes may take effect at the next billing cycle depending on configuration.
6. Taxes
Where applicable, taxes may be calculated and added at checkout.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription in your account settings (or by contacting support if required). Cancellation stops future renewals; access typically remains available until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. We reserve the right to provide supporting documentation to payment processors and banks.
9. Refunds
Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
