Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in PirateSERP’s affiliate program. By joining the program, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Overview

• Affiliate tracking may be provided via our affiliate tooling (e.g., WP Affiliate integrations).
• Commissions and eligibility rules are displayed in the affiliate portal and/or program materials.

2. Tracking and Attribution

• Attribution is typically cookie-based and may be affected by browser settings, ad blockers, privacy tools, or user behavior.
• We do not guarantee that every referral will be tracked.

3. Prohibited Promotion Methods

You may not:

• Bid on our trademarks or brand terms in paid ads unless explicitly authorized in writing.
• Use spam, unsolicited email, or deceptive claims.
• Create misleading “coupon” or “review” pages that impersonate PirateSERP.
• Self-refer or attempt to generate commissions on your own subscriptions without explicit written permission.

4. Manual Payouts

Payouts may be processed manually. We may require reasonable verification (identity, tax forms where applicable, and anti-fraud checks) before paying commissions.

5. Reversals and Withholding

We may reverse or withhold commissions for:

• Refunds, chargebacks, or non-payment by the referred customer
• Fraud, policy violations, or suspicious activity
• Inaccurate or incomplete affiliate account information

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time for violations or risk. Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited where fraud or violations are involved.

7. Disclosures

You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising and disclosure laws (including FTC guidelines), including making clear affiliate disclosures on pages where you promote PirateSERP.
